Scoutmasters and Troop Committee Members: your Eagle Scouts are entitled to have District/Council presence at their Courts of Honor. Eagles receive an Eagle-exclusive Council Strip Patch and accompanying certificate. Some ECOH scripts also call for the District Rep to convene and/or close out the ceremony. We’re happy to participate in whatever way the Troop and family would like. Let us know with at least 4 weeks’ notice by emailing algonquindistrictchair@gmail.com with the date, time, and your Eagle’s name.
